Privacy, Terms and the Safety disclaimer
Privacy policy
Scenic Rider is the data controller for this service. We collect the minimum needed to run a logbook: your email address, your display name and country, the passes you mark as driven or save, and the vehicles you add to your garage.
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Aggregate, anonymous analytics tell us which passes are opened most often so we know where to expand the map next; you can decline these in the cookie banner and nothing about the service changes.
You can export your full logbook as GPX and CSV at any time from Settings, and you can delete your account permanently from the same page.

Terms of service
By using Scenic Rider you agree to these terms. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, resell or redistribute the road database, GPX files or editorial content without written permission.
PRO memberships are billed annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Pricing and the legal entity are to be confirmed by the client before publication.
Creator videos remain the property of the creators who made them and are embedded under the platforms’ own terms. If you are a creator and want your content removed, email info@scenicrider.com and we will action it within five working days.

Scenic Rider provides scenic and informational content only. Road conditions, seasonal closures, weather, surface quality and local traffic regulations change without notice and are your responsibility to verify before and during any journey.
Always ride and drive within the legal speed limits and within your own ability. Mountain passes carry particular risks: unguarded drops, gravel washed onto the carriageway, sudden weather changes, oncoming vehicles crossing the centre line on hairpins, cyclists, livestock and rapid temperature drops with altitude.
GPX routes are provided as planning aids, not as navigation instructions. Satellite navigation may route you onto roads that are closed, seasonal, private or physically unsuitable for your vehicle — always confirm against current local signage.
